With this method, we sign the lease with you, make minor cosmetic renovations with your permission and at our expense, furnish and decorate the property. We maintain direct contact with the guests and quickly resolve any issues that may arise. We also hire the cleaning crew to clean and replenish amenities between guests.

Once the property is ready for guests, we handle all the marketing, scheduling, cleaning, and guest communications. We typically charge between 20-25% Co-Hosting fee of monthly gross bookings.
